When we talked for another podcast in 2019 we covered his early years growing up in Eagle Rock, the loss of his father when he was a teenager, and life as a new father to a baby girl. We talked for this episode just weeks after the birth of his second child -- a son. We cry together, confess to each other, talk about the importance of openness, vulnerability, therapy, running, self care, loss, grief, failure and hope.
