Aron Bender first talked with DJ Hed for a podcast a couple years ago. Had to bring him back for this new one. Hed and Chuck Dizzle are Home Grown Radio Monday through Saturday nights in Los Angeles on hip hop station Real 92.3. That's fitting because Hed’s all about real, authenticity and honesty. DJ Hed is Southern California born and raised. His motto is "West Coast." We talk about Hed's "white family," growing up as a "square" and a nerd, and I explain why I don't always wash my feet in the shower -- and rarely wash my jeans!
